Effectiveness of Tembelekan Flower Extract Spray (Lantana camara L.) as Aedes Aegypti Repellent

The Aedes aegypti mosquito is the main vector of dengue fever. Controlling spread mosquitoes by using plants an alternative that can be done to avoid toxicity chemical insecticides. This study aims determine effectiveness spray preparation Tembelekan flower extract (Lantana camara L.) as a repellent. design this was randomized group posttest only design. 100 which were divided into 5 treatment groups. made three concentration variations, namely 13%, 15%, and 17%. results showed P2 (positive control) P5 (extract 17%) had same repellent, with significant value 0.316 (p>0.05). Based on research has been done, it concluded repellent from 17% most effective study.
